    That's really cute Caz! :D

Hubby just got back and went to look at the bathroom... Heard Aimee behind him telling him not to tough the sink or it will fall off :rotfl:
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

i avoided the CPN as i felt that she put me down telling me i was overweight! she keeps making apps but i dont feel i can talk to her. he has went to see someone and i got really angry that he was taking her advice on board when it was things i had already suggested? seem to just sit in the house and not do much which as you know makes things worse, i only go out when i need to!
the meds seem to be working for you but its not good if they make you manic? do the positives outweigh the negatives taking these tablets? have you tried anything for sleeping? only thing that works for me is to go to bed exhausted but i still wake during the night?

Will Alice be going to school or will you be home schooling?
    We're planning to home educate.

it is the Continuum Concept feelie :) I think it's based on 'lost' tribes like in rainforest communities where very young (by western standards) use big sharp knives and hunt etc.
Yes, it was a lady (Jean Liedloff I think?) who spent a lot of time with an Amazonian tribe. (I think she was an anthropologist.) I would certainly agree with some of the methods which are used but I do think that account needs to be taken of the environemnt that they live in. So for example, I think that slings are a good idea for many reasons and used one frequently but I don't think that babies "need" to be physically attached to you continuously for the first few months. If however I lived in the Amazon rainforest I would probably be concerned about things like snakes etc. so I would be highly likely to keep my baby in a sling most of the time and I imagine this is why this tribe does that.
I wondered what you'd think of my 1000g of beef in the frying pan!
 I don't think I could manage that much meat (or afford it). We have friends who do really big portions of meat for Sunday lunch and I always struggle to eat it. When I was pregnant (and eating much less) I actually sneaked some of mine onto OH's plate because I couldn't manage it. But then again, I could quite happily eat salami as a snack.

Fitzio - I thought that too!! Then I randomly went on entitledto & discovered that we get it anyway. Color me confused, no idea where I got the childcare thing from (I think you get more if you do childcare?) nor that the threshold was actually a decent level! Worth checking for sure.

I used to use loads of meat in cooking. Now 400g of mince makes 8+ portions of lasagne :rotfl: OH has no idea I grate carrots and add lentils too it. As for the size of the casserole dish, you really should be using 2 packets of mince.

I buy the 800g packets of mince and just cut them in half.

OH went to lidl as we are out of staples. They have NO milk, NO bread, NO peppers, NO onions, NO cream cheese and NO cream.

Awesome. 39p tesco part baked baguette anyone? Nomomnomomnom
