thought i might have been neglecting him a bit you see. ...
when i write it all down i seem to be doing more than i realised....
It all sounds good to me. I think it's good to make sure that you don't have everything revolving around them while they're awake. (Obviously certain things are essential (like feeding) and do revolve around them.) I also think it's good for them to see you doing things around the house so that a) they learn how to do those things and b) they don't grow up thinking that everything just gets magically done.
On the earlier discusion about knives and forks... Aimee always has a proper knife and fork now... I rarely cut her meat up for her (only when I shoe leather the chops lol)... But she'd still rather just pick it up with her fingers and eat it... I hope they don't judge me down at the school... :o
I don't know what the children at school the teachers were thinking of were like but Alice eats better than the child I'm thinking of and she is four years younger.

I think it was the Contiuum Concept that talks about babies/toddlers watching and being involved from a very early age, so they know how to do things - very interesting watching little toddlers cutting fruit with a sharp knife!

Toby is involved with almost everything I do, and he loves watching me make dinner. Talking of which, I've got Beef and Caramelised Onions in the slower cooker. I felt a bit silly, the amount of meat in it, when I thought back to a conversation on here about sizes of portions.

    I ate all of it!

Could I get the recipe for it? Was really nice, I'm tempted to try it with an orange icing.
I made Chris's 1st birthday cake choccy sponge with orange buttercream icing

Pigpen - http://www.lioneggs.co.uk/ just so ya know :)

I wouldn't worry about what your LOs do at school, tbh some teachers are just b!tches and will always find something to laugh at in the staff room. *rolleyes*

Should I change back? I had had my old Avvy for a long time. I wasn't sure about changing it TBH. Doesn't feel like me. I don't feel like me either.

Also, when is next Sling Meet? I might go if you all promise to be there.

Oh my, I've created a monster...

I told Aimee about the wishbone on a chicken yesterday and we broke it together... She won and her wish was that she could be a good girl forever... Very sweet and everything, but everytime I have to tell her something (like stop picking your peas up one by one and eating them and use your knife and fork) She starts crying and telling me her wish didn't come true because she's not a good girl....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

All the primary schools round here have uniforms. I don't think they're compulsory but everyone wears them so you would really stick out if you didn't.

I thought it was Tara who had posted about the walkers last night too! Lovely new picture though. I don't think it looks like Seth as Em's picture is bigger I think.
