We are thinking we might do it after Easter just as a wee treat for ourselves !! Havent told Chris yet though, and it will also depend when I am away in England too !!
I should check if I have twin beds, you could do a night with me???Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Evening all,
Only read back a couple of pages so no hope of catching up.
MFD if you lie on your side with a pillow between your knees this puts your back in the best position and relieves the pressure. I suffer from slipped/eroded discs and trapped nerves and the only hope for me is a spinal fusion but I dont want surgery so just have to live with it. Last week I slept with Leila in the bed and of course didnt move all night as a result and am still suffering the consequences!!
Madam Leila is now cruising round the coffee table (stopping only to take a bite out of it occasionally) and is also standing in her cot. The kid hasnt even mastered crawling yet but has decided that being upright is a much better option (she thinks she has a greater chance of getting the Sky remote and mummy's mobile this way)!
Nowt else to report really but hope you are all well xxxxxxxProud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -

phew, was convinced Finn woke up when went in for our new dreamfeed - he got very cranky at the bottle but happily took the boob just fine. Strange - he's been very obstinate with bottles lately, even trying a couple of different teats, so methinks we need to do a daytime 1 for a week or so just to get him back used to it.
Glam, hope Jack sleeps better for you tonight!

I squandered my night in a hotel room on my own by staying up drinking til 2.30am and having to get up at 7am and speak for 40 mins in front of 60 managers of construction companies
I miss mornings where we used to sleep til 10am or beyond...not that we have had many over the last 5 years but we used to have maybe one a month or 6 weeks before Benjamin was born.
Mooki - will try the pillow between the legs trick but have never managed it before. I am going to take a couple of co-codamol before I turn in and pray for the best.
...oh - can I take co-codamol whilst BF?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I'm confused, I have most the symptoms of thrush but the pain is far from the hideous level they describe and I don't have latching pain
Ed could be acting this way because he's teething, any BFers know if 'weird' feeding could cause pain in the boob at random intervals?
mfd - read the leafletI think its ok though
