I was a size 6/8 until I was about 23, no matter how much I ate. I wore a size 8 jeans 2 days after giving birth to DD.
Its not as good as it sounds and I'm much happier as a size 10/12 :D, feel the cold less and don't pick up as many colds and stuff

oh that reminds me, Has anyone had trouble/success returning faulty stuff to next?
I got some jeans around Christmas, lost the packing note but it's on my statement that I got them 21st dec, I've worn them about 10 times and they've ripped on the bum  and another pair the stitching has come undone at the crotch, I'm worried they'll be funny with me :undecided not sure if I should take them back to 2 diff stores?:o

I can't understand anyone being jealous of being a size six - it's pants! I don't look paticularly healthy on it, I'm fed up of getting asked if I'm ill and fed up of "just eat more" comments..

Assuming the average is a size 14, noone would say they were jealous of someone who's a size 22 (four sizes the other way of a 14, iyswim) or tell them to "just eat less" with such flippancy, would they?

SM, I've got the boots look like wellies thing going on.. that's the prob :p
  • Elle I could pass you some 'chub' Hehe.

I thought I was doing really well on my diet and fitness thing Iv got going on, Im lighter than before I got pg, fit in jeans I havnt wore for months before getting pg. But I just ordered 2 outfits for a hen do Im going to on Saturday and I feel awful in both of them. Probably doesnt help that I need to do my tan and I havnt washed my hair since monday :o

Might put the links up in a bit so you can all help me decide otherwise Ill be going in my underwear xxx

Yes Sami, I had three pairs of jeans (rubbish at finding 'nice' fitting jeans so bought them in three colours) The pocket came off on one, the hem on another and I took all three back to same store at same time and said I didnt want the third if this was the quality of the items. Woman behind the till was fine about it. :)

Has anyone noticed the quality of the way childrens clothes wash from Next? I think it has gone really poor.
