    3 - hows the transport issue ??
The alternative bus didn't work, as I said , so they eventually arranged a taxi with escort last Monday. First night J was on the floor of the back with shoes off and the Taxi driver and Escort were looking a bit useless, both 6' 20st+ men I may add!
For the rest of the week, his teacher and TA brought him home in the taxi with the escort, so he gets used to the escort?
They've made him a story card of symbols and keep signing the same scenario to him: "J goes home from school in the taxi, on his seat, with his seatbelt on. When he gets home Mum is happy and J has cake. "
By Thursday/Friday he was in his seat between teacher and escort and was allowed cake.
But this week is half term so I hope we don't go back to square one on Monday. :(

Don't worry about being self indulgant - you deserve it, going back to work is horrible, look how long I lasted. :o
anyone else ignore a problem all evening only to stop biting your tongue once you are in bed? :o

Hehe, that's me. :o It drives OH insane. :p

Also - whilst I was at the docs today I summoned up the courage to ask about the results of my test results (bloods and ultra-sound I had a while back to check my internal organs) and I am completely normal :T:T What a relief :o

Well that's a matter of opinion! :rotfl:

Searching im glad its not just me i know your not meant to use them until they are 12months old. He currently goes to bed with his long sleeved vest a sleep suit then in his cot he has a lovely warm flannel sheet and his quilt i also have a blanket hanging off the end of the cot to throw over him if he needs it. to be honest though i dont think his sleep is being disrupted through cold though he wakes up for a feed most nights and wont settle until he has one he is a complete gannet.

He is on 3 meals a day and still has 6 bottles during the day and one at night. He is starting to want to feed himself though at the moment he can mange a half full bottle on his own but not a full one yet i'm trying to wean him on to cups if i can. I hope his growth spurts stop soon he is costing me a fortune in clothes he is just coming up to six months now and is already outgrowing his 6-9 month clothes. Hv doesnt seem concerned as he isnt putting on weight excessivley just constantly and he isnt fat at all he is very long think he will end up like his daddy who is 6'3" :-)

really?? 12months .. didnt know that .. i dont listen as long as my baby is warm and not getting smoothered not really bothered :D .... 6 bottles wow hes a hungry lad jaydens is in between 3-4 with breakfast and dinner sometimes lunch and sometimes he just likes a snack with a bottle depends on his mood ..

fancy a :coffee:?? just popped the kettle on :) x

Amber has a cot sized cellular blanket folded in half and a crib sized one on top if needed. She also has a pillow for her brachy. :D When she goes in her cot she will have whatever, the kids room is warmer.

Speaking about her head, her plagio is gone but she does have some brachy, so rather than flat at one side, flat at the back which does look better. Bizziebaby sent me out a lillia pillow (used to be goigoi) so she is using that. She is sleeping better with it either way!

Can I have a cuppa? My kettle has no power.

Oh CRAP! The freezer! How long will it be ok with no power? DO I have to turn my lappy and tv off now? :(
  • You just reminded me Tia, I cut Caitlyn's hair this afternoon... It makes her head look all round now lol...

    She is so very cute...

eta, don't open the freezer door and it will last longer... But I'd find someone to take your frozens if you can...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Ah, I opened it gently and checked, everything is still solid (the cupboard is freezing) and I will plug it in when I go to bed using the extension for the tv etc.
