Which model is she using?

Our hospital have several Medela Symphony type and that's what I have at home (rented) now. All the instructions I've seen for that one just say rinse in water.. (think so anyway... off to check!)

ETA: Instruction manual here - does say only to wash in hot water.

i have tried, not night after night i will admit. she just sends up screaming the house down. as we have others in the house, i dont feel it's something i do can, let her scream i mean. i have started giving water first and seeing if she will settle on that before offering milk to see if that helps
