thanks ladies it really means a lot to me!!! *blubbering like a baby!*
feel ridiculous that i dont have any *real* friends, i know people and talk to them in the street etc but thats it?

don't feel bad. Like you & Beenie, I don't have any friends either. I'm serious - if you told me to ring someone up for a chat & a cuppa, I don't have a single person I could ring. Okay, I have 1 person through church but is more of an acquaintance that don't socialise with outside of bible study. If I ask a million questions on here, it's because I don't have anyone else to consult - even if my mom was still alive, she'd be 6 time zones behind and too expensive to phone for every little query. I love my DH and I love my life here, but I do feel really really lonely (but know it's my own making by not making the effort to MAKE friends). I was hoping having Finn might open up new avenues, and it still might (he's still young), but so far nothing.

sorry self-centred rant, but guess I just wanted to say I completely understand the sentiment (and explain why I might seem like a lonely saddo on this thread! :rotfl:)

]not sure about OH but It would totally kill the mood for me :o

I prefer to think of it as just a response to a stimulus - but you could keep a bra with pads in it on or tell him not to touch them?

Definitely off to bed now xxx

And why doesn't the hospital sterilise the Electric Br.pump stuff, she was told just to wash the tubes etc with soapy water and rinse?

Because the milk doesn't come into contact with the tubing :)

Yes, to sterilising all of the TT CTN pump (I have one too).

But the milk goes down inside the tubing, and the bit that fixes on your b00b?

Glam, I would be very tempted to put him in bed with OH when he wakes and go lay on the sofa so he had no choice but to deal with him !!!

:rotfl: He wears earplugs so most of the time doesn't really hear him!

Off to bed, fingers crossed for a sleepy baby!
