I found an NHS link stating that it is passed into the breast milk which should not be harmful to babies but that for premature babies, you should check with medical staff:

    I didn't know that, thank you :)

Well I reported her new thread anyway as an abuse of her powers, and the PM she sent me. Bl00dy cheek of it!!!

Do your hospital treat all patients so badly or are they just looking to make you a widow so you'll resign? Joke btw!

    A PM? Do tell ;)

I think the admissions department (he was turfed into general admissions because there were no GE beds) are so jaded from being a university hospital and having to deal with the EOL/uninsured/objectionable patients that they fail to empathise with the good ones.

going to watch it tomorrow on catch-up...DH hates parenting/baby shows! We've got Ice Road Truckers, which I actually introduced to him! :D:D

That's what OH would be watching... if I ever let him decide what we watch... which I don't :p :rotfl:

He watches a lot of stuff *ahem* downloaded from American channels which I don't get at all

I read the link that Fitz posted, but it goes through in extremely tiny amounts so surely 2 a day should be ok? She's not getting any milk now, think the stress has got to her! :(
Too many children, too little time!!!

  • I don't post often at all but just read this "maybe formula isn't as good as breastmilk" am outraged by this so, so insensitive . Maybe I should go back to lurking.

Gah, csh's exciting post was deleted? :( I went hunting for it...

Mel, very pleased for you :) very exciting!

SS, I'm slightly anxious for you, but very exciting! Hope OH is ok and takes it easy at least... fingers crossed

MFD, very pleased for you :) very exciting! Cornish pasties off the menu for a few days...

Hugs to Glam, Feely, Becles, and sorry if I forgot anyone else feeling bad today :( I don't think I have any helpful advice but I am thinking good wishes for you and please don't stop using the thread as a ranting/soundingboard.

Nice to see you posting, Annielove! Don't re-open Breastgate, it's all water under the bridge now and everyone is behaving! :)

I have read the threads with interest today after seeing Glam so upset, I haven't posted my many thoughts as I have been so busy but I am not happy with some peoples opinions!

Just wanted to point out my post earlier, in case you missed it -
