We're in the condom club too, but when I was in hospital after having H the consultant told me I should see my GP about getting some other contraception as condoms don't work . He told me that his daughter was conceived when they were using condoms....lovely :rotfl:. We've never had a problem though!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

Thanks Weezl- definitely recommend Wales if anyone wants to rent a cottage in Pembs this summer I can get you some reasonable rates
. We're using condoms at the mo, but thought I'd see cause its been so nice the last couple of years not bothering with them - what with trying and then being pregnant. Not that we have DTD that much since T arrived hoping to change that now that DH has moved back into the bedroom and T moved to her cot
Yes Pembs is lovely - I was born there and Daddy still lives there
Condom club here too :beer:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Mini-pill for me - not an issue to remember it cos I take other tablets every night anyway
Never had an issue in the four years I was on it before Rhys.
I've just been reading the box of the pot of baby food Rhys had for tea tonight - Plum Spinach, Salmon and Parsnip along with three cubes of homemade creamy mash. The box says "more calories for your growing baby" (ad-lib-ing but that's the jist), and it's only got 61kcals in it. There are 65kcals in a custard cream biscuit!! Is 61kcals really a lot of calories for a baby food? *confused* How many should a normal baby be having in a day? :cool:0 -
Caz - thanks nothing seems to be failsafe then!
Am seeing Dr (or nurse) on Mon so just wanted to get some opinions on diff options. May stick to condoms anyway.
Glam - where abouts where you born?
Aless I would get into Liverpool St. but everywhere is easy to get to in London - although I haven't tried with a pushchair lolTegan Lily arrived 4 November 2009 (3 days late)
Floyd Peter arrived 9th July 2011 (1 day early)0 -

Funny. You'd think a consultant would know better than to tell people they don't work. I bet he doesn't tell his daughter not to bother with them as they don't work! And anyway at least with condoms you know when it's not worked!0 -
