Ouch, do you have any cloves? Oil of cloves is great at numbing dental pain, can he chew on a few? Also Brufen rather than paracetamol cos it's likely to be inflammatory pain rather than the other kind
Oh never thought of that !! He has been given a hefty dose of penacilin for the next week and is getting it removed next Thursday
This all stemmed from jas headbutting him at Christmas !!

Tee hee! The timing is a little daft!
I'm trying to put together a meal planner and shopping list with recipes and full costings to show that you can feed a family of 4 (I'm going to assume 2 adults and 2 teenagers) giving them 7 of their 5 a day, enough protein, carbs etc... For £100 a month, all in.
I'm getting there but I need a bit of help at the recipe testing and frugalising phase, it's pretty tight (the 7 fruit/veg a day and ensuring all the colours are there is pretty tricky:o in that budget) but I'm enjoying the thinking process
