    exciting! (and kinda smelly :))

Would anyone be willing to do any recipe testing for me?

Not immediately, but sometime in the next few weeks? I'm plotting a new frugal but healthy food challenge, but need some peeps to give honest opinions about the recipes.

Going to ask on old-style too and on my MFW thread :)

I'm happy to test vege stuff :) DH might test not veggie stuff too, you never know.

Not sure how cute it is Beannie, I got a shock to be honest but not as much as a shock as she would have got when she found the cupboard was bare :rotfl::rotfl:

    :)Still searching .....:)

  • With all this talk of swimming, I'm thinking of booking Henry in for Water Babies lessons but they are  expensive. Has anyone done them with their LO and are they worth it?

    Just catching up.

GISI - I've been doing Waterbabies with Katie since she was 5 months old and absolutely loves it.

I can't remember about the dunking but I don't think it's done straight away.

Katie can now swim half a width unaided and underwater.

    Congratulations Tara, DD and DGD.

Waterbabies Lessons £115 for 10 weeks

    Get Well Soon Tara GD.

I love taking Katie swimming as it's mummy daughter time, and I think swimming is such an important life skill, as they also teach them what to do in case they fall into water.

Katie has been very spoilt today - Grandma and Grandad took her out to lunch, they ordered choclate cake as a dessert thinking Katie would just have a bit, she polished off a whole portion to herself!!! This was after fish, chips and mushy peas too!

MFD - get well soon vibes for Mr MFD.

  • Now I've read back a bit I'm sending strong baby vibes in the direction of the west country. ~~~~~~~~~

See, there they go. I'll probably be in bed by the time you come on Tara, but contratulations on Grannyhood and dodgy hugs for the :grouphug: scary circumstances. How is DD doing?

Tia thank you:A. I'm sorry I had no idea. I really hope me asking hasn't brought it up painfully/unnecessarily. You really are amazing to do it all again for ambertronic. Hugs.
    xxx

actually that was ok, I didn't cry or anything! :D I'm not that amazing, I knew Amber would be ok, like I knew DS2 wouldn't. All the through the pregnancy I had a bad feeling, I never thought I'd see that baby alive. Had I felt that way with Amber, well, I wouldn't have been on the pregnancy thread or on here. I'd be half way though my HNC now and be wearing a very special pendant.
    GRRRRRrrrrrRRRRR my head hurts!!!!!!!!!! x

Mine too, I think I know how the Egyptians felt when being having their brains removed through their nose with a crochet hook.
