    Lovely phots Beenie and Aless.

Re: More baby/child friendly place for meets.

In Wigan there is a place called Rumble Tumble. (Not a suggestion for a place to meet, does not smell very "fresh"). But this particular play place, has a baby/ toddler soft play area. Where babies can lie down and kick and more mobile babies can move about safely. It has a cafe for mummies too. Not knowing Manchester or warrington area at all, i can't suggest an exact place. But i'm sure there must be similar (nicer:D) places out there.

Edit: Jillie beat me to it.

Just quickly popped on to see how Tara's DD is doing. Not read back past the last few pages but i see she's off to see her and baby is on way? Tara I know you wont read this but thinking of you.

MFD, also thinking of you and hubby. Im sure his op will go fine but i know its easy for us to say not to worry.

Tigs...great news about Andrew. His weight gain will come and i would think the development milestones are far more important. He's doing so well.

DKAM, have you settled in? Was it yesterday you were moving. I hope you like your new area and the boys settle in school once they move.

AF....sorry you're still feeling down. Is it still the work situation? It must be so difficult. I think its hard enough leaving them to go to a job you like, never mind one that you now dont. Its even more difficult i think as to be honest you were so career focused that i dont think you expected to feel this way.

Right i'll try to catch up a little more. If i dont post in sections, I find ive forgotton more i wanted to say. Had a nice morning shopping with my mum and Rose. I was stocking up on things that my mum might need at her house once she's looking after Rose when i return to work. She still has a cold, bless her, tho we did get a full nights sleep last night so maybe she's on the mend a little x

  • Just having a catch up. How scary for Tara and her DD. And glad to hear your update DKAM. Which direction from Feelie are you? We are meeting for lunch in basingstoke tomorrow if you want to join us.

It is definitely nearly spring. I keep having to chase pigeons off the balcony. Don't want eggs and babies on the balcony again .

    :)Still searching .....:)
  • They are only doing what comes naturally to them, but why do they have to do it on my balcony?!!

The babies were quite cute though... we went on honeymoon, and when we came back I chased the pigeons off the balcony only to find they had been sitting on eggs. And I was too much of a softie to throw the eggs off the side, so we had to wait for them to hatch and grow up before we got our balcony back! I'm not having that again.
