    im 5ft 8" being strict on the treat, making sure i do at least 20mins of exercise (in this i class doing housework esp if you live in my house) and not eating after 7pm .. i do allow myself one night for a treat usually is a friday night for me all the rest of my tips are on the BWSC on the first page .. i would always say check with the docs before you dramatically change your diet x

    Well done SM!
    I lost 8lb in January, although 6lb of that was while I was too ill to eat :o I really need to get a wriggle on with this weight loss malarkey. I snack when I'm bored when Seths asleep, so I need to find ways of keeping myself busy enough not to eat!

    em id advise everytime you feel hungry down a glass of water .. cold water burns 65 cals warming up for your system to digest and you dont feel as hungry .. also alot of people confuss hunger when its thirst x
