    *pops on with quick thought for susan*: I think marmite is a great source of all the B vitamins and one vegetarian I know says it's passable as a hot drink...

    weezl, it was okay, but I confess I thought it...needed something. Also, I don't know how you eat 125g of plain rice! To eat that much, I need some kind of sauce or something to make it more interesting. Might experiment next time by making it more 'saucey' like I've had in restaurants before.

    interesting, was it quite dry? Mine was really liquidy *confused smiley* maybe there was quite a lot more tomatoey oil than I thought.... Sorry chick, hope you weren't cursing me!

    I love rice! I could eat a plate of it plain :o
    When I have curry, I eat the curry first and then the rice. Is that odd?

    Amber says that Heinz mums own jar of caribean pork is yummmm yummm YUMMM!!!! Better than poxy butter nut squash or even roasted red pepper, cherry plum toms and pasta. :D

    Thanks boogelly, I'll have a nose in asda, wonder if the car seat will go down... May get some plastic beakers for the shop too.

    Tia the Graco car seats were still £25 but they said their marking it down over a couple of days, I think its Saturday it finishes.

    The amount you'd scrape over two pieces of toast is enough for your RDA of B vitamins.
