Alice is bringing an imaginary cow down stairs. It's a right nuisance that imaginary cow.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: That is funny - sounds like you've had some dealings with it before? :D

Yay! :jMy evil collapsing prams being collected on Monday, my new one's coming tomorrow and I've told OH. He laughed at me for worrying and said as long as I like it thats the main thing as I use it most.

Now, does anyone have any car seat advice? We dont drive so it get's used very infrequently and haven't got a lot to spend on one. Would I maybe be best looking at 0-4 year one's so Im not having to buy another in 6 months time?

Weezl - could I ask for some help please? I've been given some lovely sheepskin offcuts and want to make Isla some booties, have you any experience of sewing sheepskin and what sort of needles/thread I'll need? TIA x x :)

MM is Dylan still loving his chair? How did the bath seat go, I think I missed the update.

Hope your stairs are straight with no bends, I'd imagine that would be particularly troublesome. Oh and what about stair gates?

Really - i work just opposite the Treasury and St James' park. The one good thing about being back at work is popping to the Victoria Street shops at lunch without being burdened with a bump or buggy - although when I see parents out with their kids there it looks so out of place it makes me want to have my girl with me!

boo you can get a punch for the leathery part which then makes it much easier to insert your needle into preformed holes, it also makes the stitching neater cos you can then position the stitches really neatly.

I'll do a bit of a google and see if I can find a linkie to what I mean... :)
