Tara, I haven't anything to add to what others have said but just wanted to echo their sentiments really! I can't believe a vicar would turn around and say they don't believe in christenings??? Very peculiar! The previous occupants of our house were born again Christians and had a big pool in the garden that they use to sit round chanting prayers and dipping people in the pool??? Not really sure what that was all about but the neighbours said sometimes there would be a lot of them at a time.
On a similar theme, we had a joint naming ceremony for the two older boys and I am torn about whether to do the same for the younger two, once new babe is a few months old?? I am not sure I can be bothered but don't want to not do it as I dint like the thought of them being treated differently or sort of, left out!
