Speaking of weetabix it's Keira's fave food, she has it for breakfast, lunch and as a snack before bed. Well maybe not at lunch time as I try and make her eat something else but she always has a weetbix before bed , usually because she aint ate her dinner and is hungry

She ate spag bol tonight Ok she left the mince lumps out but at least she was eating the spag covered in sauce. Baby steps.

Re: more children, After Josh I was adamant I wouldn't have any more. However I changed my mind and along came Caitlyn. Now I think I would like another, but DH is older than me. I would probably want to wait 3 years till we've got some debts paid off, but DH will be 49 by then - only 5 years younger than my mum is now! And I can't imagine my mum with a 5 year old (there is, however, a mile of difference between my mum and DH). DH has 2 children previously (17 and 14) and would have another tomorrow, I'm just thinking we will be in a much better financial position in 3 years, remaining 2 loans paid off, 1 more year of CSA etc.

Well Caitlyn does NOT like ready brek, thankyou very much, she prefers toast. Haven't given her weetabix yet, may try that this morning.

It was DHs birthday yesterday - he was 46. He was at work from 5am until 6pm, we had our tea then chocolate cake with rolos and smarties on, then he got called out at half 8! He got in at 2am and has now gone back to work where he will be all day. I shouldn't complain because it means we can pay the gas bill when it comes, not worry about the shopping etc.

Josh wants me to put his army figure in a pose so will see you all later

My baby just applauded me for my successfully making a tower of 9 alphabet blocks...! He did then smack them all under the sofa though.

I feel so worn-out at 35, I can't imagine having the energy for newborns in my mid/late 40s! Kudos to those eternally youthful men who can!

Kids - I keep changing my mind, but current (sensible) plan is to wait till LO is in school. Then I'll have plenty of time for lots of appointments, and he'll be big enough to walk around if I'm on crutches again. I also want to make sure that LO has self-weaned from breastfeeding. I want to be in a better place, and with more support, incase the depression returns.

Toby keeps being sick. He is still very cheerful though!

Ages - OH is 12 years older than me. I was thinking that if I have a baby at the age of those 'Oldest Mums' on telly, I could have quite a lot! One a year for the next 40 years?

Have you tried Johnsons baby cream? It;s dead cheap - around 90p a tube. It's a thick consistancy like expensive handcreams like Neutrogena and works just as well. I use it a few times a day and when my hands get really bad, I smear it on thickly before going to bed so it soaks in overnight. Ditto feet!

Ages: Craig is only two years older than me so not much of an age gap. He's 36 and I'm 34 so still plenty young enough for more babies except he doesn't want any more

Really tired at the moment as Charlotte keeps crying in the night for no reason. She's not ill and she's not awake enough to tell me what is wrong, but likes me to get into bed with her for a cuddle until she drops off. I wondered if she could be having nightmares?

Morning

My darling son has decided for the last 3 mornings that he wants to get up at 6.15 !! I was far too tired this morning, so brought him into bed and he went back over till 8, so I am a little bit more human now

there is 3 and a half years between us, I'm 28 OH is 31. I really really really dont want any more kids, and OH would like 1 more, but he understands my reasons for not wanting to, and would never try to push me. We are both eternally grateful for the 2 we have

I have a day of ironing today, could really do with 3's big fancy steam one, but I guess my little £14.99 argos one will have to do

What are you lot up to ??

Thanks for all the nice feedback about the letter. Fitz, I think I used to get off to sleep and manage to go through it. It's just since pregnancy light sleep and fergie waking up that it just makes it impossible to drop back off again! xxx

Button I just worked out that you'd have to do 45 mins on the cross trainer every day just to burn the same calories in your day as she would in hers just by lying in bed. She's always got a head start on you!. Tell her she needs to leave you alone for 45 mins so you can make it a level playing field!
