Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow,
for babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs, dust go to sleep,
I'm loving my babies and babies don't keep.

Just found that on my friend's FB profile... so true - and excuse to avoid housework if ever we need one! ;):D

  • SM - that's one very strange sandwich.

Cheese sandwich - only if it was toasted.
peanut butter - yummy - even better with some mashed banana
Salad cream - ahhh the memories my favourite after school snack a salad cream buttie.

To accompany cookie, a piece of chocolate fudge cake and fudgy chocolate bar head Elles way.

  • Cheese = calcium
Peanut Butter - protein and carbs
    Salad cream - fats

Add some tomato or something and all food groups have been covered.

Night All - just going to ice the fudge cake then bed for me - weather permitting I'm planning on walking to church - we've had snow!!

Hard boiled eggs mashed up with salad cream, not mayo. That's my fave sarnie. Only problem is, I could eat 3 :o

    I just ate a viscount :D

I presume I'm pushing myself at the gym if my shoulders, thighs and chest area is achy? Kinda sore, but bearable. I really love the crosstrainer, I go so fast I bounce. I need a better sports bra though, mine is too small in the cups I think because it flattens my boobs dead small but then they spew out the top of the cup. Just looks and feels WRONG.

I would enjoy the gym more if my friend wasn't such a blackerdog.

"Oh I did X distance more than you"

"I burned more calories than you"

"Blah blah, you haven't warmed up properly"

SO!! Well of course she is going to burn more calories, you input your weight on the machine, I weigh 74kg, she weighs 115kg. DURRRRR.

Plus she has been going to the gym for 3 months (No visable weight loss either but no suprise because her eating habits afterwards are atrocious, a 1000calorie pastie from tescos)

Just wish she'd not try and outdo me with everything, JUST SHUT UP AND LET ME RUN AND LISTEN TO LADY GAGA ON MY MP3 BIATCH!
