It's very posh chocolates and you get a selection once a month (or less often if you prefer) to rate and comment on. It's £17.95 a box which sounds expensive, but the chocolates are far superior to Thorntons/Cadburys/Nestle etc. I don't spend much on myself but that's my treat. They last ages as well as they are so rich so you can only eat a couple at a time.

im back again .. just made some raisin and mini marshmallow hobnobs for zoes pack up i dont see them lasting though so i'll do some scones tomorrow ..

im doing pancakes for dinner for philip and zoe dont think i want them so i'll do veggie burger and pasta for myself ..

becs i checked that out before but my spare money really low so never mind philip said i could treat myself .. im happy with thorntons every 3-4 months x

A good nights sleep - what is one of them? :rotfl:DH thinks he isn't ill, just exhausted from when he was ill and not sleeping/eating ehough, so he's had some food and gone back to bed. Just waiting for htis little pickle to want a nap, then I will try and have one too. She has had 2 mini naps in the car though - only 15 mins each, but she seems to think that she doesn't have to sleep any more, even though she is tired. :mad:.

afternoon all!!

well put K's highchair together. nice and easy but the tray is a bit of a faff. not sure it i've got it on correct or not but it seems secure enough. folds small enough so it fits nicely beside the dryer. although once we are using it more regularly i'm sure it wont get folded away all the time.

we are all set now to start weaning. have spoons, dishes, baby rice, some nice free samples and some jars of apple/pear (had coupons so worked out cheaper than buying and pureeing myself)

need to do myself a list of which veg to buy.

It seems a little bit strange but it's been very gradual so I'm happy that it's ended (or is ending - I don't know for sure if she's completely finished) naturally and that Alice has been able to feed as long as she wanted. I know a lot of people talk about actively liking breastfeeding but for me it's more neutral - I didn't dislike breastfeeding or anything but it's just something I did because I believe in it being the best thing to do. Does that make sense?
