On a slightly more serious note, the Germans have laws about the names you can give children to prevent this sort of thing happening. If you're not a German citizen and you want to give your child a name related to your own country or language of origin you have to provide evidence that your chosen name is a given name in your country.
We went to register the monster with a copy of Harry Potter, printouts of the lyrics of Molly Malone and the IMDB page of Molly Ringwald :rotfl:
As it happened we had more trouble getting them to accept OH's highly unusual first name. She refused to believe his passport and such, kept telling us how it would be illegal to name your child that in Germany, and called in colleagues to be astounded along with her.
