Gah, can I get a bit of ebay advice please?
I bought two items from one seller. I tend to buy multiple things from the same seller because they often have loads of baby clothes in the same size etc, and this one had one thing I quite liked and one I really liked. She's just refunded me the thing I really liked because the other is "no longer available" - but I wouldn't have bought the other without that one and the postage was far too high for just one anyway. I'm peeved. Is there anything I can do?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

SS- I would just explain to her what you've put here. If she is a good seller, she will cancel the sale. If she gets stroppy you could report her as a non-performing seller for not sending the item that is interestingly "no longer available"0

Are things allowed to be 'no longer available' once you've paid???!!!! I would just ask for a full refund for everything
Yeah- what NMS said!0 -
She says she's already sent the first thing else I'd cancel the whole thing
And because it's a partial refund Paypal takes 20p of my money for nothing. HMPH.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

That's naughty!
(ETA: of her, not you)
Do you think the item might become available if you threatened to report her?
ETA again!: Sounds like she's sent you a payment and not a refund - you should not have incurred any fees.0 -

I don't really want to report her, I just want the damned dress!!!
Ah well, perhaps I'll leave her a neutral feedback "item not available after payment, money refunded" and be done with it. HMPH.
Beenie, when you say he hasn't gone, do you mean he's in your house?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
