I went to my parents tonight and there is stuff everywhere, all in the wrong rooms (freezer in the dining room now cos it was in the old garage and it's waiting to go in the new utility etc), dustsheets over everything. It looked so messy to normal, then mum pointed out that's what my house has looked like for the last year... hmmm, yeah, okay :cool:

Bizarrely, it got better asI came out with a massive cold so hubby and I have been debating if there is any truth in the old 'chill in your kidneys coming out of you' type things that nans often say!

I think a couple of days not stuck in the car for 90 mins and not hauling Benjamin about all day did me the world of good.

We are 5 star all inclusive so we will just sit in the hotel and drink and eat ourselves into oblivion :cool:

I have just ordered the kids easter eggs from thorntons.

10% quidco and there is a 20% off code on quidco too so worked out at about £2.50 an egg for ones with their names on. They are far from the cheapest but I am yet to meet a kid who doesn't get excited by an egg 'especially for them'


Off to bed. On a first aid course all day tomorrow and Friday so who knows when I will return.

I got Jasmine a decorate your own egg last year !! Think I got it in Asda, and she got to put sprinkles and icing and stuff on it first !! Best thing I ever bought !!

Oh must add, I also got her another one to eat while she was decorating that one, as that is too cruel to give her an egg and not let her eat it straight away !!

wooo, get all you with your children who ASK for medicine! I've got to wrap Chris in a towel and wrestle him to the floor then drizzle it down his throat, ever tried drizzling non-cillin antibiotics when you have a screaming 4 year old wrapped in a towel trying to claw your eyes out?

Tia, I still do that with anti bs on a 7 year old !! though she doesnt try to scrape my eyes out, more punch me in the face !!

Oh well tara, we can get it all on the shopping trip on Saturday !! pack clean undies and a toothbrush and you will be grand
