Ive had letters back from them. I sent a letter stating I want a refund. They said they dont have to if they find an alternative provider. They gave me NO timescale for them doing this.
I got legal help and they said they have to do this in a RESONABLE amount of time however there was not timescale attached to RESONABLE. I got advised to write them a 2nd letter giving them 28 days which has 6 days left.0 -
