This was first mooted back in October. I think Halifax do a similar minimum withdrawal amount.

You're right, if you hold a Halifax Easycash you can't withdraw anything less than £300 over the counter.

£30 seems like quite a reasonable limit to me - anything less and people are going in every day for a 5er for the bus

If you don't like it then you can close your account - as far as I'm aware if your account balance is below £30 you can withdraw a smaller amount, so the argument about not having the money in the account doesn't stand
