Had nightmares all last night. I dont sleep well anyway, but last night was particularly bad. Dreamt that I went to the toilet (ttc coming) and was gushing blood everywhere :( Hope its not a premonition of AF on her way early!
I was buying a baby blanket in my dream last night, a reversible one, where one side was pink and the other blue:o

    Hi folks!

I've just been watching This morning and they've been talking about fertility. One of the things that the doctor said is that you shouldn't time sex, and that you should idealy be bd'ing every 2 to 3 days.

Personally, my partner and I have been trying for a baby since my daughter was 6 months old (she's now 4 and bit :( ) since we started trying, and I spent a lot of time learing about fertility and trying to get to grips with my own cycle etc, and using what I learnt, my partner and I really only try for a baby when I 'think' I'm ovulating. Maybe this is where it's all been going wrong? I'm approaching the end of yet another 2 week wait and after having so many 2ww before, I know it will result in af arriving and the start of a new cycle.

Perhaps it's time for change! I'm doing away with Fertility Friend, and checking cm and adding up dates and all the other crazy things I've been doing and just going to go with the flow, bd as much as we can and see what happens..

one of the things that the dr said that was a huge wake up call, is that couple who only have sex once a month (which we have done after getting a positive ov test) only have a 3% chance of falling pregnant.

Sorry for the long post, I've been a lurker on here for a while and I just wanted to share my thoughts with you all! :p

Hi ladies, back from my hols and trying to catch up, so to make it easy congrats to any BFPs while I've been away (I think it was StarJump and one other) and hello to any newbies (may your stay be short).

Well hols coincided with first cycle using my new CBFM and pleased to say that I had highs from day 8-12 and peak on 13-14 - so those cheapie ebay opks I was previously using are not to be relied on. Nice relaxed time and plenty of bding so now it's the waiting game again.

Of course, now that I know we have been bding around the right time for all those months, my next worry is do I just have rotten eggs??

I'd be interested to know this too. CD 20 for me today, and have been feeling so tired the last couple of days..unbelievably so. It reminds me of last time as that was the one symptom I did really get..I'd lay on the sofa and been asleep by about 8pm!

    Probably just SS'ing though.

That is very wierd i had the same dream recently after a bad nights sleep, i thought perhaps it was me dreading af coming, i was literally flooded!!!!!!

    Hello ladies,

Hope everyone is well? I am feeling like total poo today - blocked nose, sore throat etc. Had the worst night sleep ever last night. Also had an interview this morning which didn't help.

Bellrooster - I'm with you this month. I'm tired of using OPKs and FF and CM, so this month I'm just going to try and BD every 2-3 days. I should ovulate around the weekend, but thats all I know. I'm going to try and take a more "relaxed" approach this month. Although I'm feeling that ill, BD'ing is the last thing I want to do right now lol

I've got the dentist later this afternoon, just to add to a great Monday. Oh, and the car we had finally decided on getting has been sold. Grrrr

CD9 though, this last week has flooooooown by.

Hugs and sticky baby dust to all x

There's no sure way of knowing when we really do ov:o

Sammy, hope your interview went OK, and hope your flu goes away soon:)

    Afternoon ladies!

We're going for the quantity approach this month too to see what happens! Slightly sacrificing quality but needs must! :D

Even if I dont get a BFP at the end of it, at least I'll have had a bit more exercise than I usually get - loosing a few lbs would soften the blow of another AF arrival! :rotfl:

Me too, looks like there are a few of us taking this approach this month then :) Fingers crossed for lots of BFPs this month/early April.
