Hi Ladies (new and old)
Sorry I've not been around too much. Today was going to be our last day trying before a break to avoid Christmas but I started the day with a likely UTI instead - joy
So I'm at home waiting to go to the doctors and will go into work this afternoon. Like a saddo though I'm still logging in remotely to check everything is in hand!
I don't have the energy to dtd regularly either. Try for every other day for about a week around OV but otherwise we're lucky if it's twice a week. OH has taken to complaining that after years of being conditioned to only expect it once at a weekend, he can't cope with my random 'demands' so I have to book it in with him that morning at the latest :rotfl:0 -
So are the people (OH male friends at work) maybe telling porkies or exaggerating the truth when they say they DTD 2 or 3 times a week then?
It makes me feel better knowing that other people aren't doing it as often as I thought. Every 2-3 days will be hard for me as the whole thing takes an hour at the moment and it's less than romantic being that I have to prepare myself with dilators first. I look forward to the day where we can have spontaneous DTDing where I don't have to get the dilators out!
As for men and things like mother's day - same here. Although at Christmas I got fed up with organising everything, so I gave OH the responsibility of thinking and buying his Dads Christmas present and I asked him to design his mum's photo calendar and he didThey just need a push sometimes.
Hi Joanne - Have you been to the doctor about being late? I was late last week, only a week though, but it still worried me. I did some research and it is possible to skip a period. Hope it comes soon, or if it doesn't then you have false negatives.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

Hope things are okay. Lots of women have bleeding during pregnancy, it doesn't have to be bad news
(((hugs))) xxxUpdating soon...0 -
Morning everyone
CD1 for meGutted! (but another month closer to debt free! - its the only positive I can see at the mo)
Need to have a read back and will do a proper post and updated testing list after a cuppa
(oh and seems i'm on a moan, back to work today. The team we share our area with has had a move around and the really noisy "i love the sound of my own voice" girl is now right behind me - well opposite behind but its TOO CLOSE!!!!)
Think today is going to be a long one - Please send hugs:rotfl:

HUgs to all that need them.
Moneysaver - hope everything is ok xxxxxxx
well today is cd 27 of a 30 day cycle for me. Not letting myself test until I am a couple of days late.
Still no real symptoms of pg or af yet, just- a few twinges in my lower ab
- vivid odd dreams all of the last week (ranging from being on the run from a gang of people who kidnapped me to be in a snuff movie to James Martin trying to forced me to take cocaine in a crowded pub)
- Creamy cm
- Temps are still up, although just getting over ear infection
Bit put off after seeing the fertility phone in on This Morning with the dr saying that diet and lifestyle wouldnt affect your fertility. Changing my diet and taking supplements empowers me and I did feel like every little thing I did was one step closer to being pg. Now I am not so sure
Sorry for the waffle, hope everyone has a fab day xxx2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
Hugs Moneysaver, it doesn;t necessarily mean somethings wrong though. fingers crossed..xx
I took another test this morning and another BFN. Still no sign of AF though, now 4 days late.
Love to all..x0 -
Hugs to moneysaver, I hope everything is alright. So are the people (OH male friends at work) maybe telling porkies or exaggerating the truth when they say they DTD 2 or 3 times a week then?
I do wonder. I used to think that people were at it a lot more than perhaps they actually are. There's this perception out there that you should be, so I think men especially feel the need to live up to that. Judging by some of the comments on here, I don't think it's that true!0 -
Moneysaver I'm thinking of you and hope that the EPU can reassure that all is okay with yourself and baby. Like Courgette said, some women will tend to bleed (often unexplained) but still go on to deliver healthy babies so I hope this is the reason. XxXx0
