This is my first month off the pill too, but I've come off the pill twice already in the last 14 months and cycle has been 28 days the first month, then 28 - 32 subsequent months.
Are you trying straight away. When I asked my doc he said I should wait 3 months after coming off the pill...but then I spoke to another doctor and when I asked her the same question she said I can try straight away. When I said that the other doc said wait 3 months, she asked me who it was and she said he's a bit old fashioned and doesn't move with the times. Not sure who to trust.
I was told I could start straight away but that it made it easier to date your due date if you wait a month. I'm not trying until April - ie after my wedding! My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Husband works in medical related field (trying not to give too much away) and said exactly that. There's absolutely no harm coming off the pill and getting pregnant straight away but the doctors like it when you wait as they can work out the due date easier.
That said, this is my second month off it and it's only this cycle I think my body has gone back to normal.0 -
Just dropping in to say no change here, Still no AF since MC, has been 27 days from end of bleeding with MC. Have tested twice since and both -ve. Asked gp earlier in the week how long to wait to see af arrive and he said given the stress i have had from MC and mischeivious son it could be anything up to 12 weeks:eek:. This in an mse view is a good thing but it is messing up my head more than the mc.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Im a nqt (newly qualified teacher) but left it too late to apply for teaching jobs last summer so Im currently biding my time as a cover teacher within a schoolso i have my subject (ICT incase anyone was interested - I did a 2 year PGCE as well as my degree was in a none ICT related subject) and I basically pick up and cover every subject in a secondary school
both core curriculum subjects and some exciting stuff such as construction
My personal feelings on teaching are - your either a secondary or a primary person - personally I dont like being patted by small people with snotty/gluey/other body secretions on their hands. Im definately a secondary person - i enjoy the banter with young adults and their views on life :rotfl:
still got stomach ache and a cold has appeared
hope everyones wellLove is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0
