I don't as we got ORCH seats for wicked. Have you looked into the partial viewing seats? Being very MSE we went for the the 'partial viewing seats' and were so glad we did was very happy with the show didn't miss much at all little of the scenary but no acting and it's really close. Best of all it's almost half the price of a normal ticket $61.25.
Our seats were row F, seats 23-25, best partial viewing seats imo I remember reading at the time the left partial viewing seats are better.

Ticketmaster and I collected at the venue, very easy.

Here's a good website with q&a about partial viewing seats and recomended seats

I think it depends on the person however for us we knew we would miss bits of scenary which we did but were happy with how close we were and of course that we saved over $100.

  • We will be travelling to New York to get married in May on my Fiancees 40th birthday. We have made some failrly firm plans for the day but I am trying to work out some timings. We plan to marry in Shakepeares Garden in Central Park at 2pm. We have a photographer booked and want to try and get some great photos of "iconic" New York. We are staying at the Waldorf Astoria so will be able to get some photos there as well as Central Park. We were then thinking Grand Central and Top of the Rock. I have also suggested the Staten Island Ferry to get some background shots of Statue of Liberty. My questions are - Will the ferry give us the opportunity for good photos? Any other suitable photo locations?

We are thinking of hiring a limo to take us to the Park and to take us round to our photo locations.

Finally I would love any recommendations for a restaurant that we could dine in the evening with our 3 year old. As it is our special day I would like somewhere "fine" but wasn't sure if this would be possible with our little one!

I think D would be just a little too close.
Row Q, 18 you will have lots of space in front of you certainly no one will be blocking your view, it's half way along so not too close to the left side either
Row X ,102 is a little further back but a centre seat, not too close either a good choice.

I think if it was me i'd pick Row X 102

  • Where the best place to get tickets for sports events.

Im going in April and would like to see a sport. Im thinking Ice Hockey/Basketball/American Football so I've been looking at the NY teams websites. The tickets I've found seem to be steeply priced compared to the UK even for the cheapest seats.

Has anyone got any tips for buying tickets to sports events?
