I definately find that staying to group is beneficial - you get not only advice and motivation from the consultant but from your group members too. The team spirit is really good. Everyone wants you to do well and everyone has the same reason for being there. I always thought it "wasn't my thing" either but I have to say I really enjoy the class and am annoyed when I dont get to stay.

I'm going through a major Quark phase at the moment as well - I eat a tub nearly every day.
Muller Lights are out for me as I'm vegetarian, so my recommendation is to beat in a tablespoon of maple syrup (2 syns) and if you have any HEBs left to use, then 6 roughly chopped Brazil nuts or 2 tablespoons of flaked almonds are delicious mixed with it. If I've had no other syns during the day, I drizzle another tablespoon of syrup over the top; it's lovely - sort of like cheesecake without the base.0 -

Put on 1/2 but still under target so still happy.
Off camping to France on Thursday when DD finishes school so like I say, the cheap plonk won't do me any favours but we're taking our bikes so I'll just have to pedal pedal pedal!I haven't got one!0 -

the only group to exhibit a significant reduction in % body fat was that combining exercise with fish oil supplementation. This improvement appeared to reflect an enhanced fat oxidation during exercise. The fish oil plus exercise regimen also gave a lessened surge in the heart rate rise with exercise, which was attributed to a reduced vascular resistance and an improved blood flow in exercising muscles.

How is everyone? I feel positive this week. I weigh in tomorrow morning. Tonight i am out for a meal with some of the ladies from our local mother and toddler group. I think it's a set vege meal for meal, so i am hoping it's not too greasy. i've saved 16 points especially for tonight. I think it's called "the pudding club" tonight and it's more focused at that rather than a main course. Anyway I'm motivated aespecially after last weeks gain, so I will not go mad tonight. I can see that BMI within sight now. Only 9.5lb until I will be within my ideal BMI, I can do that.
