Well done evrybody who has lost weight so well this week!
I was good all day yesterday until about 11pm then ate a heap of crisps so undid all the good during the day. Been good today though (and off to bed soon so will stay away from the crisps) and school goes back tomorrow so will try to get back into walking to and from work as much as possible (about 1.5 - 2 miles each way). Have just cooked off a large, mainly veg, stir fry which will be taken to work to reheat for lunch. Meanwhile no booze for 2 days - not that I have a huge drink problem as far as drinking till I fall down etc but I DO have a hugh drink problem in that one glass of wine and suddenly the crisps, cheese, chocs etc all seem just sooo much more tempting!0 -
Katyk, even if you slip down with your food don't just give up for the day - it does not mean the effort was useless. It is still worth it!

Evening all
Sorry this is so late - went to Ikea earlier and didn't get home until nearly 10!
Here's the chart for this week - the club is really growing, I've included results for 23 people, and the total weight loss this week is 25.5 pounds which is excellent, well done everybody! :T
If I've missed anyone out, please let me know either by posting on here, or by pm or email.
Have a good week everybody.
