OK folks - count me back in. :o

My weight this morning is 15 stone 7.5 lb:sad: which is 2.5 lb heavier that when I first joined the 2lb club back in May so I am hardly feeling too good about it but you are right, Honey, as usual - I will only gain more and more.

When I think how massive I felt the day I went in to give birth to my son, weighing 14st 3lb.....:rotfl:
Now not pregnant at all and more than a stone heavier.

I will try to give myself a good talking to and shake off these blues. Avoidance of alcohol will also be a good start as I have been relying much too much on it lately and that does not help at all - weightwise or otherwise.

    Thanks for the support folks.:j

    Huzzah! :T

PS Huzzah that you're still with us not huzzah about the bad stuff :D

Hugs to Loopy-loo, KatyK, and Stressedoutmum. Also well done for posting rather than eating!! :T :j

    JennIttels: Thanks for your encouragement.

I did manage to have my run yesterday mostly because OH made it almost impossible not to. He told his parents last night that we're getting marrried, and to celebrate they took us to our favourite Thai restaurant. I definitely won't have lost weight for tomorrow after having eaten vegetable tempura and veggie pad thai last night. Today's been better and I'll make sure I get more runs in this week.

OH and I have been cleaning like mad all afternoon. Hopefully, that will burn some calories.

    Take care. lisele

    Hi,
Just a quick one - I went to SW class this week and the stand-in lady (usual one on holiday)forgot to tell us what the new password for the online SW site is. Does anyone know? If not could someone please tell me how many Syns are in a Fruit Pastille ice lolly? Just scoffed one!

    Morning people!

Well, I was a bit naughty and weighed myself before bed last night. And I had lost 3lbs! A miracle, I thought, since I really have struggled to cling to the wagon this week  . Anyway, I thought as I was aiming for Monday mornings as weigh in time (and I couldn't be sure I hadn't just dreamed up my weight loss) I weighed myself again - another 1lb lost overnight!

Lois, if you don't mind I'd rather just clock in with a loss of 3lbs because now I just know this cup of tea is replacing the mystery extra pound as we speak. Thanks for all the advice you gave to Stressedoutmum, because as a relative newcomer I found it really interesting.

Loopy, I'm so pleased you're feeling better :T , and well done for channelling your bad feeling away from the muffins.

Katyk I really feel for you having a workplace you don't look forward to being in. I know the feeling myself and it can really extend into other areas of your life, so that it gets you down at home as well. I hope it can be resolved soon, but if not I am sure you'll always be welcome here to vent!

Lisele - the way you talked about runs there I was a bit worried you were using spicy curries as a weight-loss technique in a pretty unorthodox way!

Good luck with the weight-loss this week - I hope everyone gets their wish of being a few pounds lighter :A

Edited to say WELL DONE QT for a great start! :)

Well Done QT2006, excellent start, keep it up. :T

I managed to get to the gym last night, after dropping the kids off, and did a 20 min cycle and 25 mins on the EFX (type of cross trainer) so happy with that, then went home and had two Muller healthy balance yougarts and coffee. Not ideal but I supose thats me all over!! Not Ideal! ;)

    Hello everyone,

Had a good shop this weekend and got myself some lovely new clothes, very pleased with myself. Not sure what the weight loss will be this week- I hope I get to that 11 stone mark soon though. Not sure if I can get to WW class this week as I am working at the same time as the local classes.

I have stuck well within my points so there should be a loss again, however I think I have slowed right down with it now- bit gutted but still, 15.5lbs less than I was 11 weeks ago! As well everyone says you should have a slow steady weight loss for it to stay off.

    Good luck to all
