Triker i totally agree - we all have 'stuff' that we dont use/need - i have been slowly getting rid of things that i waas keeping 'because so in so gave me it or I might use it ' - I know my circumstances for getting rid of stuff is different but if we all had a good clear out and were totally truthful with why we have things I am sure we would feel a lot better about our houses and ourselves - I hope you manage to get rid of your extras!! xx

Please can someone fling a handful of mules in my direction!
I laid in, took breakfast back to bed and have since only managed to fold and put away the load of towels, empty and load DW, collect and sort laundry and put WM on. And I've got to go out just after 12. Need to get to the bank in town and have DS2's shoes checked. Also take packaging from TD to recycling site on way there.
I've been sniffling and sneezing all morning, but I'm not giving in to another stupid cold!

    Today I must:
Get dressed and go out in time to get to the bank
Buy new slippers for DS2 and some index cards for DS1's revision
Do food shopping (not done last night because of trip to costco for TD)
Tidy the kitchen (about 2 HHCs)
Tidy the LR (ditto, if I include stairs)
Come up with an idea for tea - aiming for minimum effort and maximum yumm-factor
Do one of my two major jobs for school
Decide whether I'm going out with DH tonight - I don't want to, but it may be prudent in the interest of a more cordial relationship.

Well, none of these will happen unless I switch this laptop off NOW!
    See you all later.

Anyone remember me!?:rotfl: Started on here at Christmas, had a great first week then was struck donw with extreme early pregnancy exhaustion and [STRIKE]morning[/STRIKE] all day sickness.

Anyhoo, things seem to be on the turn and attention is turning to the house once again. Have spent an ENTIRE HOUR cleaning this morning :T:T:T Put a load of washing on, 2 lots of washing up, cleaned all the surfaces in the kitchen, randomly boiled some spices to make the place smell nice but actually just seems to have started the sickness off again, partially de-cluttered the living room and vacuumed and done a load of washing :T:T:T

    Feeling very virtuous now :A

This weekend I need to put the washing away, put the washer on a million more times, change the beds before they crawl away and attempt to catch up on a million hours of marking before I lose my job!

Will be back to update you all
