You say "HPC Reject" as if it's a bad thing, that's just another phrase for "Not an idiot".

They banned anyone that doesn't agree with them, I think that speaks a lot more about the people left on it than the ones that were banned.

Then again I'm not a dunce, so I would think that.

I've never even registered on that site but I still read it. It's morbid curiosity if anything, plus reading some of the crap they come out with makes me feel very superior.

Indeed, you should look back to the 2004 era to see the "I saved my brother/sister/son/best friend from making the worst decision of his/her life today - he/she was going to buy a house". Followed by applause from all sides.

What are funnier still "That's it, exchanged today, easy street for me now (but pity the poor sucker whose bought this soon to be depreciating asset)". Followed by applause from all sides.

Or, "A lot of the people at work think I'm a pretty switched on guy but when I start on about property prices being about to crash they all look at me as though I am the thickest guy in the office". Followed by applause from all sides (when in fact he WAS the thickest guy in the office.

They banned me for nothing. I never agreed house prices would drop and stuck to my guns. I'm not an office worker or really clever with graphs etc. I just post what I see around me and at my work.

They used to put 'Nobody can get a mortgage'.

A young chap at work got one. 5 x salary.

Houses have dropped 50% .....it's here.

My best victim was Harry Monk. He bet me he would have a 50% off peak house by Jan 1st 2010. I think his last post was Dec 2009. Totally humiliated.

HPC is boring now anyway. Whats the point of it? Everyone all agreeing with each other and yet none actually in these bargain houses.
