It's not that he failed to prepare for the scenario.
It's the fact that he wanted to blame someone else when it happened.

I don't keep backups of my computer data if I lose it I know I only have myself to blame.

I do a back up every week, just after I have filled my car with petrol.:)

Troll or [EMAIL="Tw@t"]!!!!!![/EMAIL] , I will let you decide,BUT unless the car had run out of petrol at that time I would have driven it as far as possible to get home,even if only 1 litre of petrol was there that is apx a fifth of a gallon,if a car only does 30mpg that would take you 6 miles

This story and stories similar to it have been doing the rounds for years. On investigation it is usually an anti-virus company behind it.

There is currently no Mac virus in the wild. Not a single one, vs thousands which affect MS Windows. The Mac OS is inherently more secure than Windows.

The future is always uncertain, and when the time comes I will take the necessary precautions. Sophos would have me buying its anti-virus product now and is spreading FUD in an attempt to generate sales.

Incidentally, why is everybody thanking each other? One poster simply posted 'LOL' and was thanked!

Am I missing something? I thought a useful post would elicit thanks, not one where you merely shared an opinion. How old are you lot?!

Go over to The Arms........ theres a lot of people old enough to be my grandparents who thank each other when they have dirty conversations!
