Left Stranded Due to Faulty ATM

I called from a phonebox right beside it using the small change i had. The phone number was on their window. God people are sooooo suspicious.

Perhaps I've over reacted. I was just a bit !!!!ed off being left stranded. I suppose it was my fault for not having any cash. Thanks for the replies anyway.:)

P.S It's handy having a SPARE £20 in the back of your wallet if you can afford it. I can't!

I think that's pretty obvious to everyone here! Although I can completely understand that you wanted to vent your frustration - I'd probably feel the same way!

I know when my low fuel light comes on I have 10 litres left enough for at least 60 miles.

So you left it till you had less than a litre of petrol in the car before you went to fill up.
Had just one debit card on you, no cash to speak of, and you want to blame someone else for your situation because you had to walk home when you were unable to withdraw cash with that card?

Don't individuals have some responsibility for their own lack of forethought?

Ok, maybe I didn't find the most appropriate bit of the T&Cs. Here's a better one, from the same set of T&Cs:
