A loaf of my favourite brown soda bread. And some pink rose flavoured meringues that are crunchy on the outside but gooey/chewy on the inside - just how I like them.0

Rhubarb crumble, toad in the hole (is that baking??) and a large ginger cake to cut up and freeze for OH's lunches0

Beetroot and chocolate cake. Sooo tasty.0

Rhubarb sponge....stewed the rhubarb and mixed 3 ladlefuls( is that a word??) into 4 egg ginger sponge mix and baked at 180c for about 30 mins., served with extra stewed rhubarb.....delicious but not good for hips!

I made some brownies yesterday using a recipe I found on here that only uses cocoa powder and not melted choc.....they are fab! I also made some fairy cakes but they didn't turn out quite right, they seem a bit sugary and crusty on the top as if there was too much sugar in them.0
