Banana bread, first time and it tastes great. Will be making it again another time, it's going for lunches next week, if I don't eat too much of it today that is!

Since I've been on here last I've discovered sourdough! What a journey and fun! The latest loaf was with chopped apples, so nice!

My dd (8) is learning how to do measurements at school, but does not quite grasp it, so we are baking lots! With her doing all the measuring, reading the ingredients, recipe, etc. Last week was basic angel cakes, this week basic yellow cake.

Low sugar, low fat, wheat-free banana bread.
