    I made these today:

the mixture made 22 cookies. I didn't ice them, instead I sprinkled with extra sugar and pressed the sugar into the cookies before baking.

I also made a cheese loaf - basically a loaf of bread with a handful of grated cheese added to the mix before baking in the bread maker. Just gives it a different taste to the usual bread we have :)

Today I made 36 cupcakes, a kind of 'whatever's left in the cupboard is going in'. Got to make a cake for tomorrow, just trying to muster up the energy :)

Finally made the cake, a strawberry cake. Had a 'mare with it though with the heat  everything kept melting.

These went down a treat when I made them the other day:

I used this recipe and added melted chocolate on top:

As they enjoyed them I'm hoping to do some more today if I have enough energy. If not it will be tomorrow as they really liked them :)
