    Today I finally finished my sourdough starter and leaven. So I have kneaded my bread and am leaving it to rise overnight. Plan to bake it tomorrow and hoping to God it's good as it's the first time I've made sourdough, including the starter from scratch and I've spent all week feeding the blinking thing!

    This morning I baked chocolate marshmallow brownies, recipe from the BBC Good Food website - they are delicious! I'm holding off not until after my dinner :rotfl:

    I will also be baking a white loaf in a little while, as requested by my husband.

    just waiting for a chocolate cake and a coffee cake to finish in the oven, going on holiday tomorrow so thats our os treats sorted for the week.
