Today I finally finished my sourdough starter and leaven. So I have kneaded my bread and am leaving it to rise overnight. Plan to bake it tomorrow and hoping to God it's good as it's the first time I've made sourdough, including the starter from scratch and I've spent all week feeding the blinking thing!Make £10 a day challenges - 2014 Jul-Dec - £1911!!!
