I made a quiche. Not my best but it looked great.
Also made Nigellas guiness cake. Half for the freezer half for the in laws. I cannot believe how expensive cocoa has become.
I also saw a recipe for an angels food cake I wanted to try. Has anyone here made one? I am a bit put off as the recipe needs 10 egg whites.

I found this recipe for German Sand Torte.

However the quantity of sugar is massive:675g!By how much can I reduce this?By two-thirds,I thought =225g?
    Butter is 225g,sour cream 200g,flour 450g.

    Thanks for any comments.:)

Thinking of making this today, but with the sugar quantity reduced, and adding some lemon zest and juice.

Chocolate tray bake from a cake mix. Still cooling down.
