Chicken and bacon 'tart'....still needs tweaking though on cooking temp as the burnt pastry edging wasn't very nice. So, lower temp for longer

For some reason I had lots of condensed milk and I didn't want to do Millionaire's Shortbread, so I googled condensed milk recipes and found put a lime and coconut cake on the Carnation website. Curious to see how it turns out.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400

Can any of you lovely talented bakers out there help me out with a recipe for big chewy jelly bean cookies? Similar to the ones you sometimes get in Mr T's bakery. I bought two huge tubs of JellyBelly jellybeans today and fancy making cookies with them. My daughter has tried it before with things like jellytots but the sweeties always go rock hard and 'fall' away from the cookie.
I'd appreciate any advice.

I use condensed milk in my flapjack- it makes it really moist and stops it getting hard.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
