  • What haven't I baked today? 3 dozen cupcakes ready to ice tomorrow, 1 lemon curd cake and 1 tea loaf. All ready for my Macmillan coffee morning on Friday. Lots more to bake tomorrow too. I absolutely love baking so it's win/win, I get to play and charity gains :) x
