    Right now I have both Cherry and Madeira cooking away. Birthday cake cooked and cooling as I type. Only cupcakes still to do then I can go to bed...After I iron school uniforms for the week!!!

    More fry than bake but made cinnamon doughnuts. Used a scone reciepe, fried and coated in cinnamon & sugar...they were nice when i got the oil temp right but maybe a little heavy. Might use the yeast reciepe next time.

    Cinnamon buns tonight! I started them off in the bread maker, which makes the process so much easier.

    I want to copy the salted pecan bars I've seen in Starbucks, but the only similar recipes I've found use wrapped caramel candy sold in North America. I need ideas for a really thick caramel filling to get them right :)
