Today I'm going to bake some shortbread for Xmas hampers (going to visit DWs family so have made hampers of wine, chilli jam, candles, candy canes and adding shortbread). Any good recipes? Also going to make another fabulous batch of Nigella's Chilli Jam :)

Have not tried baking small pastries before.

Picked up a dozen silicone cases in TKMax the other day and thought I'd use them for mince pies. Got my ready rolled pastry but can't for the life of me figure out the best way to line a muffin case :) Any advice,

IfI can't figure it out I'll just make a chicken pie or something of that nature. Can't find a bun tray in the house either, not my day!!
