2 heart shaped bread rolls! They came out a bit like ciabatta, but it's my first attempt at this bread recipe so not sure if I've done something wrong, or they're meant to be like that....got another batch resting so will have another go tomorrow.:j0

I have some dried fruit soaking in earl grey tea ready to make a tea loaf later this afternoon, also not strictly baking but will be making some flatbreads

Well, I didn't get to make my Twink's Hobnobs as there was no golden syrup in the cupboard and the whole idea was not to spend any money for a few extra days.
Anyway, the back of the cupboard yielded a couple of jars of mincemeat so I've baked a dozen mince pies :eek: and used the remaining shortcrust for cheese straws.Avoiding plastic, palm oil, UPF and Nestlé0 -
nothing yet but will be making cakes and biscuits later.0

I have made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and a apple streudal cake. Now to attempt not eating them all at once! X0

broke in my new breadmaker by making pizza dough. My first effort at home made pizza too, and so easy with a machine to need and prove it for you!0
