Those Biscotti sound delicious and a good use for my oatbran and wholemeal flour! What's the recipe please?
I loosely followed this recipe but substituted almonds and pumpkin seeds for poppy seeds (hope it's ok to post the link)
http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/1786/lemon-poppy-seed-biscotti.aspx
I used 60g of oatbran swapped for 60g of the flour (and I used SR instead of plain with baking powder etc.)
Also used the juice of the lemon I zested.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
