Today I've made sweet potato and ginger filo parcels and a black grape strudel. For tea is butternut squash and butterbean curry from the latest Morrisons mag.

Yesterday I made a vegan sticky toffee pudding, 18 garlic cheese and chive scones and about the same number of sultana scones.

Today I've made 24 white bread rolls and three loaves of bread.

Those Biscotti sound delicious and a good use for my oatbran and wholemeal flour! What's the recipe please?

I loosely followed this recipe but substituted almonds and pumpkin seeds for poppy seeds (hope it's ok to post the link)

I used 60g of oatbran swapped for 60g of the flour (and I used SR instead of plain with baking powder etc.)

Also used the juice of the lemon I zested.
