Roast beef, butternut squash, carrots, onions and potatoes, followed by chocolate cake. To update on traybake made yesterday with oats, flour, currants, raspberries etc....had a piece last night and wondered why there were stones in it....turned out that I had used some seriously wrinkled sloes which had been in freezer for a couple of years instead of black currants! Bake is nice in spite of the nuisance of stones, really must start labelling things!

I made lemon bars, I've been craving them for days and found a recipe on foodgawker. I made two square silicon bake tins of them, took them out of the oven and dropped one on the floor! :o

I also haven't quite got the hang of my new (to me) oven which is also quite new to the house I think - we only moved here in December - and it's like a furnace. Still, the remaining tray of lemon bars look good and the one that fell on the floor was eaten up by my O/H who said it was delicious :rotfl:
