Flapjacks,with a recipe that claims they are squidgy like the shop bought ones.They are! And an orange semolina cake(saw this on Hairy Bikers),not tried it yet as meant to let it sit for at least a day. I want to try it NOW!:D0

oh please share that recipe!!! I can never make decent flapjacks, and i can make most things.

my youngest was poorly last night so didn't get round to making the jam tarts. so thats on the list for baking to do today.
if i get chance i might make another carrot cake.
but not doing much as i'm feeling a bit yucky, still can't shift this cold. 2 weeks now. blah.0 -
Chicken & ham pie and it was absolutely beautiful. We'll be having it again on Thursday with some chips.
Also made some pasties using the leftover pastry and filling from the pie.

Or pears and apples on the turn, red fruit from the freezer, because I had a big food delivery and couldn't fit it in
All topped off with a crumble topping. Very nice served with Owl Icecream

I have a bread maker for the first time in years so I have been experimenting today. Apple Braid and jam filled Iced Buns and a Marmite Bread Loaf!! Very happy with all of it

its Tuesday so taught granddaughters how to make scones! and out of the oven came the lightest most gorgeous scones! made by six year olds and much nicer than mine! How did that happen?0

Lemon and poppy seed cupcakes with lemon icing, marshmallow and cherry tray bake, 8 wholemeal rolls and 1 wholemeal loaf. I was meant to make shepherd's pie but ran out of steam.
