    I have an apple loaf in the oven. Chocolate chip cookies in next and then time to make the pancake batter.

    Yesterday I made a batch of cinammon and raisin muffins and a double batch of choc chip fairy cakes.

    Today - savoury pancakes - (do these count as baking?)
