Eves pudding (but with plums), cinnamon swirls (like those in Starbucks) and Twinks (don't think I did these right as they dont look like as I was expecting).
Not tried anything yet - just hope it tastes ok as I'm a novice baker0 -
Pumpkin pies for OH's birthday as he's not keen on cake and started soaking some fruit for a bara brith tomorrow0

I attempted to make cinnamon swirly buns but, as always, I failed at rolling it up. I have a silicone mat I use for kneading dough and I ended up basically piping the log into the tray! It tastes great though, which is surprising as I made up the recipe as I went along (luckily I remembered and wrote down the important bits). But it is not photogenic in the slightest. It's a cinnamon swirly lump.0

Realised all my yeast and bread flour will go out of date soon so done 2 pizza bases for the freezer (first time:eek:) and a loaf of bread on the rapid setting - it's a bit heavy, hope it's okay!Staring point of debt £23,343:mad:

I was gutted a couple of days ago, looked at my flour, and had 5 bags all with those little weavilly things in them - some unopened - one was a Dove flour. That put pay to my baking for a few days. What a waste!!!!!0
